Even if Brilliant Imagination had been taken as is, she could still deal with it, but there was no need. Mistblade had most likely already figured out the flaw in the skill. Finding a proper counter was only a matter of time.

But that still took a bit of time.

And that small gap was exactly what Lightchaser needed to preserve.

Mistblade still had a small amount of soul fire left. She could activate that skill which imprisoned an opponent's thoughts at any moment. Lightchaser needed to keep that brief window from the construct to deal with the few seconds she might lose her thinking.

The moment the light at Mistblade's brow lit up, she would create a special construct to counter that mental imprisonment.
