At the end of the Star Bridge stood two taverns with completely different styles. They were less than ten meters apart, yet their entrances faced opposite directions. One faced left, the other right. Their back doors were sealed shut. From a distance, they looked like two people who had argued and turned their backs on each other.
Rita piloted her tiny "children's boat" in the night sky above them. She did not rush in.
Nivalis, squeezed into the co-pilot seat, whispered, "Which one are you going to?"
It was their first time here, but both of them knew about the divide between gods and demons. The split was so severe that it formed two factions. Naturally, the two taverns below belonged to different sides.
From the outside, there was no clear way to tell which was which. Both were distinctive. Both occupied roughly the same space.
Since the King had not specified which tavern to target, Rita decided to choose the one with fewer people.
