Chapter 511 - Chapter 509 : Gambling, Arm Wrestling??

Necklace!

Tsunade's eyes were filled with caution as she looked at Genya, and deep in her gaze, a hint of killing intent surfaced.

The little Uchiha really had no good intentions. Of course he was after the necklace. No wonder he wanted to gamble with her.

But this necklace was far too important to her. No matter what, she would never give it to anyone.

Especially not someone from the Uchiha clan!

Years ago, her grandfather, Hashirama Senju, had crushed the Uchiha ancestors, Madara.

And now, one of their descendants wanted something left behind by her grandfather. Were they trying to study his power?

It seemed the Uchiha really were not simple. A small child dared to scheme against her—how laughable!

Truly just a little brat!

Shizune watched Genya carefully, her eyes growing wary. That necklace was Lady Tsunade's most treasured possession. How could it possibly be used as a gamble?

As expected,

This little Uchiha had never had good intentions from the start!

Someone like this needed to be taught a proper lesson. At such a young age, with this kind of scheming mind—what would happen if he grew up?

One should not covet what does not belong to them.

Kurenai looked at Genya in shock, but a sense of understanding slowly settled in. Genya's target was Tsunade's necklace!

She had also heard of the necklace's history—it was connected to the First Hokage. No wonder Genya had played with Tsunade for so long!

"That's right. This necklace is the most valuable thing on you!" Genya said to Tsunade, his voice calm and certain. Then he added, "You can also choose not to gamble. In that case, I'll leave!"

As he spoke, he shook the money he had just won, letting it jingle clearly.

"You…" Tsunade looked at Genya, her anger almost ready to ignite. She wanted nothing more than to rush forward and punch this brat hard.

But she also knew there was no proper reason to act right now.

"Hinata, Shino, let's go eat somewhere else. I just won, so I'm treating you to a feast!" Genya counted his winnings, a confident smile spreading across his face as he prepared to leave with Hinata and the others.

"Fine, I'll accept this bet!" Tsunade said, glaring at the smug Genya. Though unwilling, she didn't want this brat to succeed so easily. Gritting her teeth, she finally agreed.

"Lady Tsunade." Shizune's heart jolted when she heard Tsunade actually agree to use the necklace as a bet.

She knew all too well that Lady Tsunade had made a foolish decision. The Uchiha kid in front of them clearly had some advanced cheating tricks.

If Tsunade continued to gamble, she would probably lose again.

Wouldn't that mean giving Genya the necklace for free?

Anxiously, Shizune looked at Tsunade, trying to silently urge her to reconsider. But Tsunade paid no attention.

"In that case… let's continue the bet!" Genya's eyes narrowed slightly. He nodded, a faint, almost imperceptible smile flashing across his face.

"Wait!" Tsunade spoke again, her expression cold and serious. "I have conditions!"

"What conditions?" Genya sat back down, curiosity sparking in his eyes.

The corner of his mouth lifted slightly, as if he had anticipated Tsunade would have more demands, and he was ready for whatever she said next.

As long as Tsunade agreed to this round of gambling, he could accept some trivial conditions.

Beside them, Kurenai Shiranui looked at Tsunade, a flicker of pity in her eyes. She hesitated, knowing in her heart that Tsunade had fallen right into Genya's scheme.

Once Tsunade agreed to gamble, there would be no escape.

Genya would never let her be at a disadvantage, which meant Tsunade was likely in for some bad luck.

"It's simple," Tsunade said, staring at Genya with determination in her eyes. "You should know that this necklace isn't ordinary, so… you'll have to raise the stakes."

"Raise the stakes?"

"You have to put up all the money you've won, plus the five hundred thousand ryō you already have!"

Genya nodded almost without hesitation. "Fine. I agree."

To him, the money was nothing worth worrying about.

"There's more!" Tsunade wasn't about to let him off easily. Her tone carried a hint of challenge. "If you lose this time, you'll still get a beating from me. And… I'll decide how we gamble this round."

Both conditions were harsh, one more severe than the other. After speaking, Tsunade fixed Genya with a challenging gaze, waiting for his reply.

Genya, however, smiled calmly at her, a confident grin playing on his lips. "Fine. I accept your conditions."

Uh? This time, Tsunade froze, her eyes full of surprise. "You agreed?"

She really hadn't expected this kid to accept her terms so readily.

Tsunade had already prepared to bargain with Genya, but she didn't expect this Uchiha kid to agree outright.

She didn't know whether to laugh at Genya Uchiha's naivety or his ignorance.

Just because you're good at gambling doesn't mean you can win every bet.

"Of course… I agree!" Genya said, looking at Tsunade with a calm smile. "What do you want to bet on? I'll go along… but I hope this is the last time!"

"Don't worry… after this, you won't have any money left!" Tsunade laughed, a trace of pride in her smile, as if she could already see the dawn of victory.

"I hope you'll still be smiling like that later!" Genya also smiled, though a hidden meaning lay beneath it, hard to read.

Even before the bet began, both felt certain of victory, as if the outcome had already been decided.

"This time, we won't bet like usual. How about an arm-wrestling match?" Tsunade said confidently, her face full of a self-assured smile. "We'll arm-wrestle. Who do you think will win?"

Uh? Hearing this, Akakiri and Shizune were stunned.

They hadn't expected Tsunade to take such an unorthodox approach. If she couldn't win within a regular bet, she would use this seemingly sneaky method instead.

As long as Genya refused, by the agreement, Tsunade would still win. Shizune was equally shocked.

She hadn't expected Tsunade to come up with such a plan and looked at Genya, thinking this time Tsunade was almost guaranteed victory.

In front of such strength, Tsunade could easily control the outcome of this bet, but would Genya agree to this method?

Genya, however, smiled and didn't even object to Tsunade's challenge. Instead, he looked at them slowly and said, "I win… you lose!"

His tone was full of confidence, as if in his eyes, the outcome of this arm-wrestling match was already decided.

Even after seeing Tsunade was ready to cheat, he still answered firmly.

No hesitation.
