After visiting Cam, Ranon went to the apartment, but he didn't return to his place. Instead, he went straight to Leon's flat, his head of security.
"Mr. Leighton," Leon said, surprised to see Ranon in his flat. He let him inside. Leon was still wearing the black suit he had worn to the funeral. "I didn't expect to see you here. Is there anything I can help you with?"
Ranon went to the kitchen and poured himself a glass of wine that Leon had kept as if this place were his own house.
On the other hand, Leon looked confused, but he didn't say anything. Grief could make people act irrationally.
The fact that Ranon was here was already not normal.
"Come here," Ranon said casually as he gulped down the wine.
Leon didn't understand why Ranon was acting this way. He wanted to ask why he didn't attend the funeral, but he thought it was not appropriate for him to ask such a thing. "Yes, Mr. Leighton?"
