Kyoka rushes forward the moment the doors to the fake city start to open, leaving the crowd of students behind her shouting their demands to know where she thinks she's going. She ignores them and is through the gate and in front of a one-point robot by the time Present Mic uses the speakers to inform everyone that there are no countdowns in real life. The one-pointer is basically a robot on a single wheel with rectangular shields on both arms. Arms that it raises above its head to bring down on her in a devastating slam attack. But she's not so inexperienced as to just let it happen!
She doesn't stop her run, reaching the robot before its arms can reach their apex and sending both of her jacks towards the less armored part where its waist would be if it were human. Once her jacks are deep in its internals she directs her heartbeat through them in an unfocused blast, causing that section to shatter outward, the wheel falling to the side while the upper portion of the robot falls backwards.
The whole interaction only takes a second and she doesn't even have to stop to catch her breath. She barely spares the robot a glance as she runs past, but she's glad she does, even if she does stumble at the sight she couldn't see before. "Are those fucking gatling guns!?" She shouts at the sight of the long multi-barrels hidden snugly behind the massive shields on each of the robot's arms. "Are the teachers here sadists or something!?"
She pauses before slapping a hand to her face and dragging it down. "Nezu's the principal, of course they are."

Power Loader can't help the offended noise that crawls its way of his throat when the girl on screen says that he's like Nezu. There are just some lines that you just don't cross! Most of the other teachers are just as offended, with the exception of the former Hero Killer, now once again known by his vigilante (now 'hero') name, Stendhal. He simply thinks about it honestly and is forced to admit that he is sadistic. Not nearly as much as his boss, but definitely enough for other people to be concerned about.

She continues to run through the streets, dodging attacks from the robots and retaliating by stabbing into their weak points and disabling them. She stops to help the occasional applicant who ends up in an unfortunate situation; like a blonde boy who was clutching his stomach while one of the scorpion-like two-pointers closed in on him, and a boy who was too busy launching scales from his arm at the three-pointer in front of him to notice the one pointer taking aim behind him. Him Kyoka felt tempted to let take the attack, but she shook off the weird feeling and launched her heartbeat from the speaker on her hand to throw off its aim before she got close enough to disable it.
She didn't wait around for either one to thank her for the assistance, immediately moving on to look for more opponents to take down. By the time the two minute warning rolls around, she's lost count of the amount of points she's gotten, but she's positive that it's at least forty, which should be enough for her to pass.
And then the ground rumbles and she falls against the wall of a building, hands shooting up to cover her ears from the sound of buildings collapsing around her and the panicked screams of other applicants. Then she sees it. The zero-pointer.
She immediately starts cursing out whoever thought it was a good idea to have a skyscraper sized robot in the entrance exam for hero students! Yeah, it's not worth any points so it's doubtful that anyone is going to be reckless enough to try and take it down, but still!
And then she thinks of Yui, and she knows, without a shadow of a doubt, that her friend is abso-fucking-lutely going to attack it.

Yui stares at the behemoth that has invaded her arena with a blank expression on her face while applicants rush towards the exit. Though a number of them stumble or outright stop in shock when they catch sight of her, sitting calmly on the pile of destroyed robots while tapping her metal staff against the roof of the now cracked container that previously held the missiles the three-pointer robot was equipped with. After a moment more of waiting and making sure no more applicants will pass by, she hops off, pulls a miniature object from her pocket, and carelessly tosses it up high in the air over her shoulder while she starts off in a run towards her latest enemy. She taps her finger tips together to reverse the effect of her quirk on the now falling object, causing it to grow to twice its size instead of being shrunk to a fraction.
As the now double-normal-sized missile lands and blows the pile of destroyed bots to smithereens, Yui feels a wide grin stretching across her usually emotionless face, the surging adrenaline helping to make the usually difficult expression rather easy to make..
"It's time to anime."

Hitoshi looks at the giant robot with nothing more than a raised eyebrow as others panic and run. He considers it for a long moment. He considers the amount of points he has. He considers the giant robot again. He throws his hands up and turns on his heel, calmly walking away from what he very pointedly decides is not his problem. "Nope, fuck that shit, I'm out."
He pauses when he hears a cry of pain and looks down a side alley only to see a… pair of pants?… half-under some rubble. …A pair of paints that look very much like they have a pair of legs inside of them despite the fact that he can't see anyone. Following that train of logic to its obvious conclusion, he doesn't startle when a voice calls out from their location. "Uh, could you help me? I'm stuck."
He lets out a long-suffering sigh even as he quickly makes his way to where the pained female voice came from. He examines the rubble her leg is stuck under, carefully sticking his hands in the gaps to feel for anything concerning while he questions her. "How much does it hurt? Do you think it's serious?"
"I'd say a five out of ten on the pain scale, so probably not too serious."
"Does it feel like your leg is broken?"
"No."
"Anything in your leg?"
"No."
"Are you wearing a shirt?"
"No."
He pauses the squat he got into to lift the rubble pinning her and slowly turns to stare at the empty space he would assume she's currently occupying, not entirely sure if he heard her response to his joke correctly or not. "…You're seriously running around a dangerous area, fighting robots, shirtless?"
"It's not my fault!" She shouts, obviously embarrassed, "I needed to do something to show off my quirk, just running around and hitting their off switches isn't enough for me to earn a spot in the hero course!"
Hitoshi can't help but shake his head in bemusement at the girl before letting out a grunt as he lifts the surprisingly heavy piece of concrete off of her long enough for her to pull her leg out. He lets go once she's clear with a huff of relief, watching as it sends up a small cloud of dust with its landing. He dusts his hands off before reaching one out in her direction to help her up, feeling her take hold after a moment of silence. "You know," he says as he pulls her up, "walking around half-naked probably isn't going to help you earn a spot in the hero course either."
"Have you seen the outfits female heroes wear?" She pauses a moment. "I shrugged, by the way. Since you couldn't see it."
He can't help the snort that escapes his throat, keeping a hold of her hand as he pulls her along away from the alley and giant robot. He makes sure to go slowly in case her leg gives her any problems. "Fair, but they still wear something. What, were you planning to just be naked for your costume?" He jokes, but the sudden silence makes him pause. He slowly turns back and does his best to glare where he's guessing her head is. "Please don't tell me that you were actually planning to be naked for your costume."
She shuffles her feet, and he can just imagine the sheepish expression on her face. "Uh, I was planning to have gloves and boots?"
He just stares for a moment, stunned. He really, really wants to throw his hands up in the air and declare this to not be his problem, but he just knows that he's going to be stuck making sure this- this airhead doesn't get herself killed.
…Maybe he can get Yui to bully her instead of him in training?

Fumikage exchanges a look with Maleficent before they both look back at the giant robot rampaging across the city.
"…Wanna flip a coin?" His sister asks, wanting to test herself against such a large opponent.
Fumikage glares disapprovingly at her. "It is the middle of the day. You are weakened within the sun's rays. We shall not engage in a losing battle."
The sentient quirk side-eyes him. "What if I slip into the joints where the sun doesn't reach? It would basically give me free reign if I can find even a small opening."
Fumikage stares. Maleficent stares. Fumikage sighs and pulls out a hundred yen coin. "I'm front."

Kyoka turns around to do the smart thing and leave the giant behind, but a sudden crash and a cry of pain causes her to stop and turn right back around. A bit farther, closer to the robot, she sees a brown haired girl pushing herself up from the ground only to wince and look back where her leg is pinned by a large, solid block of cement probably the size of the both of them and twice as thick. She immediately starts running back to help, and then the girl opens her mouth…
And Kyoka knows, without a shadow of a doubt, that this girl is going to fit in with her group perfectly. The string of curses that streams from her lips, a thick Kansai accent somehow making them sound even more offensive than they already are, would have mothers covering their children' s ears and clearing the area. She can't help but laugh loudly when the girl shifts from insulting the concrete, the building, and the robot, to whoever made the building.
"-not even any rebar to help its tensile strength! The fuck were they thinking, the pink lilied greedy shitty umbrella fucking smegma gurgling-!" As much as she wants to hear where the pink-cheeked girl is going with that, it's probably better for them to get out of there before the robot gets any closer.
"Hold on there, Chatroom, I'll get you free." The girl immediately slams her mouth closed at the realization that she has an audience, the pink spots on her cheeks quickly becoming overcome by the fiery blush the floods through every centimeter of her head. It's actually kind of impressive, Kyoka doesn't think she's ever seen someone blush so hard before.
"Um, thank you," she says quietly, covering her face with her hands. But she's quick to pull them away as green starts to merge with her red face and she turns away to throw up-
"Rainbows?" Kyoka shakes her head and decides to ignore that. Quirks are bullshit and sometimes it's better not to question things, despite what Izumi would have you believe. She quickly jabs her jacks into the concrete and focuses her heartbeat, sending carefully directed waves through the stone, widening the flaws that are already there. A few seconds later it's collapsed into several much more manageable pieces, but the only ones she has to worry about are the ones on the girl's leg. She easily picks them up and tosses them aside all while keeping one eye on the biggest robot in the exam that's steadily been making its way towards them. Thankfully it's slow, if it was even half as fast as the one or two pointers it would have already been upon them.
Once her leg is clear Kyoka crouches down to get a good look at it and winces at how it's already swelling. "Yeah, there's no way that you're going to be walking on this." Without another word she scoops the girl up in a princess carry, mostly ignoring her sputters in favor of making their way towards the exit while making sure that she can turn the girl towards a different direction if she needs to throw up again. Just because her vomit looks like rainbows doesn't mean it smells any different.

Izumi holds Eri in her arms high above UA's exam area, having been there from the start so she could observe how her Hoard handles the tests UA would subject them to. She has to admit she's very happy with how they handled themselves, even if Yui was the only one to challenge the largest enemy on the battlefield. She has to say, jabbing her staff into the robot's neck and growing it to use as a lever to pry its head off was incredibly entertaining to watch~!
A wide grin stretches across her face, her fangs glinting in the sunlight. She's always overjoyed to see just how valuable her things are, and with the training they're going to receive while attending such a prestigious hero school as UA?
She's excited to see just how high those in her Hoard can climb in their worth.
