"Commander, the men are all in position. However..."
I turned toward Darhwynn, and looked at him quizzically. Even with the considerable distance between us, it was obvious that he was exceptionally anxious.
"What is it?" I asked, thoroughly unsettled.
"Well, Sir... I believe Director Shaihffer is currently in danger, and we should accelerate our plans post haste... It's entirely possible that he could die at any moment now..." He replied, looking truly terrified.
At his explanation, I immediately drove my Hummer that the men had procured, closer to Shaihffer's position, leaving Darhwynn completely in the dust.
After Chazmen had landed his Heelo next to our own, Director Shaihffer had given the 10 of us who had accompanied him, a covert mission. Due to his distrustful wariness for his brother, and Chazmen's duplicitous character, Shaihffer had decided to make his own contingencies, just in case Chazmen had ulterior motives to stab him in the back.
