Georgetown, evening
As the sun set, Song Heping and Grey Wolf left the hotel, slowly walking along the streets of Georgetown.
Georgetown is one of Washington's oldest neighborhoods, retaining the appearance of the eighteenth century.
The red brick sidewalks were dyed a warm orange by the setting sun, the bricks polished smooth from centuries of footsteps, reflecting a gentle glow in the slanting light.
The café by the street was filled with people, laughter and the aroma of coffee blended together, drifting in the evening air.
A street performer was playing guitar, singing the Eagles' "Hotel California," his voice hoarse but pleasing, every note seemed to tell a story.
Grey Wolf walked beside him, his gaze scanning around.
His eyes were like two radars, constantly scanning the environment around them.
