No one cares about these disappearing ships, they mostly just cause suspicion on both sides.

Where there is business, they are there, and the daytime trade sea is filled with goods transported from various places, making them law-abiding merchants. At night, when there are foolishly rich sheep, they cover the trademarks on their ships and become the infamous West Pirates.
They had just returned from transporting goods at Hansi when they heard about such a foolishly rich sheep, but unfortunately, they were late, and couldn't even get the hostage, while the goods had already been divided.
But it's okay, more than a dozen local merchant ships and fleets want to hit their target.
