Seeing Chen Changwu turn around and leave, Lu Junda, who had initially looked as though he had narrowly escaped death upon Chen Changwu's arrival, turned pale once more. He wanted to call out to Chen Changwu but, upon seeing Wu Tao standing next to Lin Yafei, he opened his mouth but couldn't utter a word.
"Stop."
Lin Yafei suddenly spoke, her tone indifferent: "Chen Changwu, do you think you can just leave like this? You think you can come and go as you please in my place?"
Hearing Lin Yafei's words, Chen Changwu couldn't help but shiver. He slowly turned around and said hoarsely, "Miss Lin, don't push me too far."
"Push too far?"
Lin Yafei laughed, a carefree laugh that completely disregarded Chen Changwu's extremely sullen expression: "Chen Changwu, you've undermined me and now dare to flaunt in front of me. You think I'm pushing too far because you couldn't win? Isn't that funny?"
