Of course, where in this world is there such an easy project, an easy project approval?
Liu Zhizhong's investigation report and planning are indeed perfect, and passing at the town level is not a problem at all.
The Party Committee meeting approved it unanimously.
But next, doesn't it have to be pushed forward? This is quite a troublesome thing.
Firstly, there's still the matter of road construction.
Because no matter how well you do economically, how well you can fish, compete in wild fishing contests, how well you raise cattle and sheep, or how beautiful the grasslands are created, without roads, large machinery can't come in, and some facilities can't be built; without roads, tourists can't come in, or consumers find it inconvenient to come, isn't it just as good as zero?
Therefore, road construction is urgent!
At the same time, you also have to consider the construction approval for the four-tiered hydropower stations, which is a very troublesome matter.
