Zhang Xiaoyang's laughter irritated Liu Zhizhong greatly and also stunned him.
"Hey, Vice County Magistrate Zhang, isn't this inappropriate? If you become the District Mayor, what about Mr. Ma, the current District Mayor?"
Liu Zhizhong suppressed his inner agitation and asked.
After all, Ma Fang had just been the District Mayor of Dongjiang District for a year!
Zhang Xiaoyang sneered, "Isn't that simple? Mr. Ma will go to Shunping County as the County Mayor. It's a lateral move, and going to a major agricultural county as County Mayor is a silent promotion, hahaha..."
"What about the County Mayor of Shunping County, what happens to him?"
"He moves to a secondary line, serves as the Deputy Director at the City People's Congress, isn't that fine? Hahaha..."
Zhang Xiaoyang laughed as if he were the Minister of Organization, making decisions casually.
Liu Zhizhong found this style somewhat disgusting, but at that moment, Zhang Xiaoyang hung up the phone.
