Controlling the Nine Nether Power to condense the red Nine Nether Fire proves that the cultivation of the Nine Nether Power has reached the first level.
If one can control the Nine Nether Power to condense white flames, then it has reached the ninth layer, which is the highest level of the Nine Nether Power.
It's said that at this level, one strand of Nine Nether Power is enough to devour all the forces within a Star Domain.
In short, the stronger the level reached by the Nine Nether Power, the stronger its might.
Of course, to continually strengthen the Nine Nether Power, one needs to continuously devour various powerful forces, simultaneously enhancing their own strength along with the power of the Nine Nether Bloodline.
Although Chu Feng previously controlled the Nine Nether Power, it was only the power of the Nine Nether Bloodline, not the true Nine Nether Power.
This time, by devouring that Skulls' power, he triggered the true Nine Nether Power.
