According to the "Book of Jin", during the reign of Emperor Hui of Jin, Zhang Hua was observing the celestial phenomena at night and saw a purple aura shining between Dou Su and Niu Su. He then summoned Lei Huan, who was knowledgeable in celestial phenomena, to inquire about it.
Lei Huan replied, "The essence of the Divine Sword reaches up to the sky, with its aura piercing through Niu and Dou."
Zhang Hua was delighted and invited Lei Huan to search for the Divine Sword together. Eventually, they dug up a stone box from the foundation of a prison, and inside were two swords with inscriptions on them: one called Dragon Abyss, the other Taia.
Both swords were precisely the Seven-Star Dragon Abyss Sword and Taia Sword forged by the legendary swordsmith Ou Yezi. They were genuinely treasure swords; when they emerged, their brilliance pierced through to the sky.
