"Now, I can test the waters of The Outcast world."
After returning to Earth in his home universe, George shifted his focus to the world of The Outcast.
Among the remaining worlds available to him, The Outcast seemed to be the safest option.
Based on the comic books he obtained from Ilúvatar and the insights gathered by his clones, he speculated that the Creator of The Outcast was most likely at the Single Universe level.
Of course, this was merely a conjecture. The true level of power could only be determined through actual probing.
Just as he hadn't expected the Harry Potter world to be a Multiverse level entity with three additional parallel worlds, he had to be prepared for anything here.
However, compared to the other worlds he currently understood, The Outcast appeared to be the safest and most suitable target.
As he had done before, George stepped into the River of Time, scanning the entire world for traces of the Creator and any potential divine palace they might inhabit.
A moment later, however, his brow furrowed.
"Nothing. Is this also a Multiverse level entity, or is the Creator simply gone?"
Based on previous experience, if no trace of the Creator could be found within the world itself, it likely mirrored the situation in the Harry Potter and Fairy Tail worlds. It meant this was a multiverse, and the Creator resided in the chaos above the parallel worlds.
Alternatively, the Creator might have already perished, and their palace destroyed.
"Then I'll just have to take a look outside."
Since he had already attempted to search for the Creator, if the entity was indeed at the Multiverse level, he would have certainly been noticed by now. Therefore, giving up on the probe would be just as dangerous as continuing.
He might as well charge directly out of this world to investigate. If it truly was a multiverse, he would approach the Creator with caution. At the first sign of trouble, he would immediately abandon this world and flee into the chaos.
If the Creator held good intentions, only then would he consider further contact and communication.
With this thought in mind, he reached out and slashed forward, intending to tear open the fabric of this world and enter the chaos outside.
"Huh? What is this?"
However, in the very next second, George's eyes went wide.
He discovered that he had failed to tear a rift in the world to escape into the chaos as intended. He even attempted to open a space portal to access a parallel universe, but that failed as well.
"Sword of Rupture, Ea!"
George replicated the Noble Phantasm capable of splitting heaven and earth, which he had used to cleave the Dark Dimension.
Since normal methods couldn't facilitate his departure, he would have to force his way out with raw power.
Would this offend the Creator?
If the Creator truly existed and had deliberately sealed the world to prevent his exit, it was highly likely they already harbored ill will toward him, much like the Creator of Fairy Tail.
If he hesitated now and allowed the opponent to prepare, escaping would become significantly harder. Conversely, if the Creator bore no malice and the seal existed for other reasons, cutting open the world to enter the chaos shouldn't be a major issue.
After all, he was merely using Ea to open an exit, not to destroy the world itself.
"Open!"
Pushing Ea's power to its limit, George slashed into the void.
The laws of creation savagely tore through the locked space, revealing a fissure.
However, before George could attempt to pass through the rift to investigate, the entire world of The Outcast suddenly shifted from day to night.
Immediately after, a bolt of heavenly lightning smashed viciously toward George.
"What the hell? A Heavenly Tribulation?"
Watching the rolling thunder crash down toward him, George frowned and waved his hand, dispersing the lightning instantly.
With his mastery over lightning control, bolts of this caliber couldn't harm him at all.
However, just as he dispersed the first bolt, a second one appeared, significantly more powerful than the first.
"Does 'transcending tribulation to become an Immortal' actually exist here?"
Watching the second bolt strike, he waved his hand to disperse it again.
Based on his intelligence and observations, this world shouldn't have such things as ascending to immortality through tribulation.
After all, even the strongest cultivator, the Old Heavenly Master, couldn't withstand a missile if he took it head-on. Compared to the great cultivators of legend who ascended to immortality, the difference was vast.
Cultivation here ultimately ended with merging one's body with the Dao, returning power to heaven and earth. It was simply borrowing energy from nature and eventually returning it.
Yet, these consecutive bolts of heavenly lightning were making him doubt his conclusions.
"Or... is this the work of this world's Creator?"
He shook his head at the thought. If a Multiverse level Creator had summoned this lightning, it seemed far too weak—as if they were underestimating him.
Unless, like the Creator of Fairy Tail, this one was also heavily injured and unable to exert their full power.
"It's getting stronger."
By the eighth bolt, George found that his lightning control alone was no longer sufficient to fully disperse the energy. He opened his mouth and swallowed the lightning bolt whole.
When the ninth bolt descended, the lightning turned purple, its power ten times greater than the eighth.
For the sake of caution, George transformed into his Dragon form. He opened his maw and used Devour Magic to swallow the purple lightning as well.
For the cultivators of this world, that purple lightning would be apocalyptic. But for him, a being at the Single Universe level, it really wasn't much.
"It's over!"
After the ninth bolt concluded, George noticed that night had turned back to day, and the lightning had ceased.
Simultaneously, he felt a surge of invisible energy merge into his body.
This energy didn't increase his raw power, yet it made him feel distinctly different in some way.
It was hard to describe—it felt as if he had gained a touch of "Immortal Qi."
"Did I really just transcend into Immortality?"
After a brief moment of hesitation, George flapped his wings and flew directly through the fissure. Whether it was true or not, he needed to see what lay beyond the rift first.
"This place..."
Upon rushing out of the fissure, George was instantly stunned by the scene before him.
Outside the rift, there was no familiar chaotic void. Instead, he saw an endless expanse of lush green mountains, clear waters, and ancient, classical architecture.
"An illusion?"
George instantly concentrated the soul power of his main body and all his clones into his current vessel. A moment later, a look of confusion appeared in his eyes.
It had traces of an illusion, yet it wasn't entirely false; it contained profound laws. It felt somewhat similar to when he created his own world, though not exactly the same.
"Huh? Someone is nearby."
He sensed several powerful energy signatures tearing through space and suddenly appearing in this realm. He immediately suppressed his aura and concealed his presence.
Although these energy signatures weren't as strong as his, they were approaching the Single Universe level.
Faced with this completely unexpected and unknown situation, he decided to observe from the shadows before determining his next move.
