He thought to himself and then walked forward toward the location of his mother and Zi Yan in his sense.

Shen Yi nodded and replied with a light smile, "It's good."
After nodding toward other servants politely, he walked past them toward the backside of the courtyard, looking at his mother and Zi Yan sitting and chatting with happy expressions on their faces, as if two friends had met ages later.
He walked toward them and asked,
"Mother, you just said that Father is in the capital. What is he doing there?"
Shen Yue glanced at him and replied thoughtfully, "He received some kind of invitation for the Alchemist Grand Meeting as a guest; it is going to be held in the capital sacred city of the Jia Ma Empire."
Shen Yi nodded and then asked about the Jin clan situation.
Hearing Jin clan, his mother's brow furrowed, and then she explained the situation.
Shen Yi's expression became thoughtful after learning that Jin was the second strongest clan after the Mo clan in Yan City.
After the Mo clan annihilation, they didn't dare to offend the Shen family because of his presence, but after his disappearance news, they somehow colluded with the city mayor and started taking over the Mo clan property and even asked the Shen family to cede the remaining market and lands.
Shen Yi nodded, understanding the situation.
