Arwin was just your average author, who struck gold during the pandemic with the debut of his novel "Fever War". Attending Comiket to meet fans and sell merchandise should have been just another milestone in his career. Instead, it became the reason his life came to end. When Arwin met him, an unassuming man with his seemingly harmless bet had flipped Arwin's life upside down. He had felt stuck in his own world, but he had adapted to it and took control of his life away from them. Only to then get thrown into his novel — A world riddled with wars, cultists and aliens. Earth in 22nd century, with a failing society filled with superhumans using magic and cybernetic-enhancements. Reborn as the son of a prostitute, living in a city filled with gangs, mafia and secret organizations.
