"Unfortunately, I can't let you pass." Aoki's hand was now firmly on the hilt of his sword. His voice was not loud, but sharp. "So... you won't be going anywhere."
Suddenly, the atmosphere changed.
"Then... die here!" shouted the masked man with the snake mask as he formed hand seals at lightning speed.
"Katon no Jutsu: Dai Kakyū (Fire Technique: Great Fireball)!"
A massive fireball erupted from in front of the snake-masked man, casting a reddish-orange light into the darkness of the night. The fire shot forward with a thunderous roar, illuminating the surrounding trees, making Aoki's shadow dance on the ground like a silhouette from hell.
Aoki jumped back, drawing his sword and spinning quickly.
"Mizu no kokyu: Roku no kata: Nejire Uzu (Water Breathing: Sixth Form: Water Whirlwind)!"
With a spinning motion, Aoki created a whirlpool of water that formed a spiral wall around him. Fire and water collided with a deafening crash. Steam hissed into the air like the breath of a wounded dragon.
Without pause, the rhino-masked man formed a new seal.
"Doton no Jutsu: Jiba no Nami (Earth Technique: Undulating Earth)!"
The ground beneath Aoki's feet roiled, shifting shape, undulating like waves of mud ready to swallow Aoki whole. Aoki barely had time to touch the ground before it surged up from below like the gaping mouth of the earth.
"Mizu no Kokyu: Hachi no kata: Takitsubo (Water Breathing: Eighth Form: Waterfall Basin)!"
With a deep motion, Aoki swung his sword downward. Aoki's movement was like a waterfall cascading from a high cliff—fast, heavy, and unstoppable. A torrent of water swept over the waves of earth, splitting the ground in two, turning it into scattered mud.
But it wasn't over yet.
"Katon no Jutsu: Ryūen Hōka no Jutsu (Fire Technique: Dragon's Elemental Song Technique)!"
The voice of the snake-masked man echoed again. From the mouth of the snake-masked man, several fireballs shaped like dragon heads emerged, moving wildly—flapping like living creatures. They shot from various directions: front, left, right. The movements of the dragon-headed fireballs were chaotic and unpredictable.
Aoki spun his body, raising his sword once more.

Aoki landed heavily, one knee touching the ground. His breath was heavy, forming a thin white cloud from his mouth. Steam floated around Aoki, making his figure appear hazy yet still upright.
Then Aoki immediately stared at his two enemies through the mist.
Aoki's gaze was icy. Unwavering. As if Aoki were a stone refusing to be eroded by time.
"You will not go anywhere," Aoki said, his voice low yet resonant, sharp as his sword.
"Don't be arrogant just because you managed to stop some of our Jutsu!" shouted the rhino-masked man, his voice hoarse and rumbling. The eyes of the man behind the rhino mask burned with hatred.
Before the rhino-masked man, Aoki stood calmly. His face showed no fear—only a slight smile etched on Aoki's lips, like the cold twilight before a storm. Aoki's eyes glinted with a sharp gaze, reflecting the confidence of a hunter who knew the bloody path well.
"Heh... Really? I don't think so," Aoki said softly, almost a whisper, but enough to make the air feel heavy.
The next second, Aoki moved. Like an arrow released from an invisible bow, Aoki shot towards them. The wind rustled the leaves as Aoki's body pierced through the night air, creating a small whirlwind around his steps.
