It was an utter failure and even Murin himself was implicated because he got chased by countless people and eventually died in their hands.
He hated them for not understanding him.
And since Murin had the plan of leaving the Green Planet from the very beginning, he didn't really care too much about the situation on the Green Planet.
So when he came back…
Murin disliked it.
He just wanted to leave the Green Planet and stayed with his favorite magic beasts as much as possible.
The problem is, it's absolutely impossible.
So upon his return, Murin's main plan was to strengthen himself as much as possible. In this way, when the world changed, he would be able to protect himself and found some magic beasts to contract and all.
As long as he's strong enough, Murin believed that he would be able to get the most when the grand magic beasts' tide arrived.
