Tang Yue felt so shy she wished she could hide in his embrace.
Meng Siyu wrapped his arm around her waist, smiling as he handed out wedding candies.
"Congratulations on your marriage, and may you stay together until you are old and gray." The receptionist looked at the wedding candies and didn't refuse them, smiling as she offered her blessings.
"We will." Meng Siyu said with certainty.
After leaving the Civil Affairs Bureau, Meng Siyu glanced at Tang Yue before carefully putting something away, saying, "Xiao Yue, I'll keep this safe."
"But one of them is mine." Tang Yue pouted. She hadn't had enough time to look at it.
"What if you lose it?" Meng Siyu refuted with righteous indignation.
"I haven't had enough time to look at it." Tang Yue's eyes blinked playfully.
Meng Siyu had no defense against such a look, and he said, "Let's look at it again when we get home."
