Amidst the ruins of the Seven Cities Trade Association building, Ling Zong spat on the ground, his expression dark and cursing angrily.
Despite searching till now, they hadn't found even a hair of that dead dog Ling Shuo. The mist was so thick that even their own vision and perception were hindered, and it kept worsening.
So dense it was that everything visible was turning into a mere expanse of ghastly white, where just ten steps ahead, only vague shadows were discernible.
Some people even started coughing and found it hard to breathe.

After receiving another report from his subordinates, Ling Zong flew into a rage, pointing at Ruins nearby and scolded angrily: "I told you to create a mist for convenience, but what on earth did you make?! It's so thick we can barely see! Can't you make it clearer?!"
