Wang Shuanzi quietly glanced at the car's dashboard. Below the dashboard, there was a storage compartment, and inside it lay the handgun.
Nervousness robbed him of the ability to think; he only thought about escaping, never considering that if he fired the gun, even if he was initially innocent, he would now commit a serious crime. If a police officer died as a result, he'd really be finished.
Wang Shuanzi was so nervous that he felt he could barely breathe, feeling his breaths becoming more and more erratic. Under such pressure, his heart was almost unbearable.
Finally, it was his turn. The policeman standing outside the car glanced at him and handed over a breathalyzer, "Blow into this, let's check your blood alcohol concentration."
"Comrade, I-I didn't drink."
Wang Shuanzi stuttered as he spoke.
"If you didn't drink, why are you so agitated!" the policeman said, "Whether you drank or not isn't up to you – blow into the breathalyzer!"
