With a silent cheer, Jiang Xiaobai glanced around at the situation; it was already late at night, and there was no one around, the perfect moment.
Old Wang was drunk and lying on the ground. Jiang Xiaobai immediately snuck into the waste recycling station, searching for the Eight Diagram plate he was eager to get.
Behind the door, the pile of waste copper and iron seen earlier was still there. Jiang Xiaobai looked at the yard and saw Old Wang still lying there, feeling relieved and bold as he started rummaging through the pile, searching within.
After searching once, he didn't find anything. Unwilling to give up, Jiang Xiaobai carefully searched again, getting his hands covered in rust, still to no avail.
