Just as Balgov was shouting, a thunderclap rang out. Blue currents descended from the sky, striking the rooftop of a wooden house inside Snow Rush City's wall, scorching the light yellow wooden beam black.
Fire climbed along the beam, crawling inside the house. Thick black smoke poured out of the windows, and many civilians fled through the back door onto the streets in fear.
Next, there were more lightning strikes, hitting buildings randomly within Snow Rush City, and some soldiers were electrocuted, falling to the ground charred.
Balgov was bewildered by the scene in front of him, unable to believe that his city was being attacked by the power of thunder.
Xu Jing took off her hood and raised her hands. Suddenly, the gale howled, and the thunder grew more frequent.
