Chase at first thought panicked, his arms tensing as the sound of an explosion echoed through the forest around Seh Jenah.
He frowned, turning his head as the sound of laughter filled his right ear.
Luna had also decided to sit with the three of them, along with Equan who was standing beside her with what an indescribable emotion written all over his face.
Chase was so absorbed in his own thoughts that even his physical feeling had betrayed him, as he hadn't even noticed that Poppy's head was resting on his shoulder until he tried to turn his head only to have his vision blocked by ivory strands of hair.
Luke stood up, walking over beside Equan and chuckling and awe once he stood beside his favorite student.
"Pretty incredible, huh?" He asked in a low tone, already satisfied with what the day had given him.
Equan only nodded, watching with his mouth agape as several large fireworks whistled into the sky and erupted into a peonies of pure gold.
Before they knew it, everyone except for two figures stood or sat upon the ledge as countless fireworks lit up the sky above Seh Jenah.
Andrew sighed with satisfaction as he leaned against the cold stone of the steepest part of the mountain.
Suddenly, a hit of inspiration ignited within Andrew, something that he simply could not even explain to himself.

Andrew grinned, feeling his affinity burst to life within him... Which of course caused his body to suddenly erupt into particles of light that found themselves soaring into the sky above.
Hans frowned, standing beside Gideon with a look of disaffection on his face.
Gideon could clearly see this, as he felt a very similar way... Only Gideon didn't know all that much about the world that they grew up in.
Hans looked at the ground, unable to find bliss in this attempt at maintaining a useless tradition.
"We're going to find Skylar..." Gideon said, his face curling into a snarl of pure determination.
Hans turned his head, blinking a couple of times.
That wasn't the reason why Hans felt such dread, nor was it that high on his list of priorities... But, the effort that Gideon put in to cheer his friend up... Was just enough to cause Hans to lift his head once more.
And suddenly.
Sparkles of gold lit up a trail in the night sky; however, this trail of whistling light did not come from Seh Jenah.
Chase turned around, narrowing his eyes as he searched for Andrew among the the group of people spectating the fireworks.
Then...
"Chase! Look!" Poppy suddenly jolted up, naturally causing him to flinch...
But...
When his eyes made contact with the sight above him...
He froze...
Just as everyone had...
The sight above was a picture in pure gold... Lit by the very affinity of the person who cared the most about this tradition.
Chase could see...
Himself...
Battling Sazir once more in the sky above...
"How?" Chase asked, as several more explosions erupted in the sky.
Suddenly Equan gasped as a firework of pure gold formed the spectacle of Equan firing a storm of arrows at a colossal serpent.
Then only seconds later, the silhouette of Leander erupted to life. And beside Chase, Poppy's scarlet eyes had begun to glisten.
Then another eruption boomed to life as the golden silhouette's of a very strange scene suddenly appeared before every spectator...
And it was then...
That Chase realized just how far the influence of Unity has gotten over the past years...
The mirror in the sky showed just what it was that Chase had gained from all of his battles, both from defeat and victory alike.
"How did he?" Jacob questioned, as Brody made a bunch of strange motions, only to see that the firework above had somehow mirrored the present with perfection.
And just as fast as it had gotten there...
It dispersed...
And the fireworks returned to normal, simply whistling and erupting into common shapes and objects.
Chase turned his head, almost bursting out with laughter as Poppy had fallen asleep with her back against the grass.
And much the same... Luna had also fallen asleep.
That's when a snap of heat struck Chase in the back of the head.
"Ow!" He grabbed his head and turned with irritation...
Fireworks continued to explode in the background as Chase spotted Jack's orange hair disappear behind the opposite edge of the mountain's campsite.
Justin was also there, waving at Chase to come along before jumping down the side of the mountain that was shrouded in darkness.
Chase sighed, slowly standing up and walking towards where Justin and Jack had disappeared.
Behind him, Equan was wearing a displeased frown as he watched Chase vanish into the night.
It was time...
The raid was soon to begin... And Seh Jenah...
Was now destined to be flipped upside down...
