.

While all this was going on, I walked toward the far private section of the palace.

This is my aunt Bithia's room.

The woman who adopted Moses.

The woman who saved him.

As I walked through the hallway, guards bowed in fear. No one dared to look me in the eyes. Being Pharaoh really is something… people don't respect you. They fear you.

I reached her chamber and entered.

The room was huge. Honestly, it was so big it felt like a quarter of a football stadium. Marble pillars, golden carvings, silk curtains — all useless when the person inside is dying.

Servants were standing around her bed.

I looked at them and said calmly, "Leave."

They froze for a second, then bowed quickly and rushed out.

Silence filled the room.

On a large stone bed, covered with fine cloth, lay Bithia. She looked weak. Too weak. The heat in Misr is brutal. With no proper hygiene, no real medicine, diseases spread easily. Leprosy, infections, malnutrition — it was common in this era.

She slowly opened her eyes and looked at me.

"Are you going to kill me?" she asked weakly.

Her voice trembled.

"My son… Moses… he killed one of your people."

I sighed.

"No. I am not here to kill you."

I stepped closer.

"Yes, Moses killed a taskmaster. And yes, that made things worse. But it also made me realize something."

I paused.

"Why are we even enslaving these people? Why are we doing this? And if our gods — Amun-Ra, Osiris, Isis, all of them — are real… why are they not stopping us?"

She stared at me, confused.

"If we are doing wrong, why are they silent?"

I continued, "Maybe Moses was right. Maybe not. Right now, I do not follow his God. And I do not follow ours either."

"I follow humanity."

I placed my hand on my chest.

"I am not a god. I bleed. I can die. I am just a man."

Her eyes opened wider in shock.

I leaned a little closer.

"When Moses returns… I will not oppose him blindly. He was my brother. We grew up together."

Her breathing became heavier.

"And don't worry about your condition," I said softly. "It may improve. Or it may not. I do not control life and death."

She looked at me carefully.

Then I added quietly, "I know you love Moses. And I know the woman serving here… his real mother."

Her eyes widened in fear.

"Do not harm her…" she whispered.

I frowned.

"Are you insane, Aunt? Why would I harm her? Did you not hear what I just said?"

She looked at me strangely.

"Who… are you?" she asked as I blinked.

Oh no.

Not only sickness but Dementia too.

I sighed softly.

"Rest," I said quietly. "We will speak again when you are You."

I turned and walked out of the chamber.

As I walked back toward my own room, my mind was already racing.

Step one: free the slaves — done.

Step two: stabilize the kingdom. pending

Step three…

Find Harun.

If Moses is in Midian now, Aarun should still be here somewhere in Misr.

If I understand Aarun first…Maybe I can prepare for what is coming.Because I know one thing clearly.

Forty years later… History is supposed to explode and I refuse to drown and REFUSE TO BECOME A SHOWPIECE IN MUSEUM.

Midian :– (Moses' Point of View)

Far away in Midian, a man walked slowly across the dry land. His face was covered with cloth, but tears still slipped down his cheeks.

His skin was slightly dark from the sun. A beard had grown on his face. He looked tired… broken.

Moses climbed a small hill and sat down.

"What have I done…" he whispered...."I had power… I had water manipulation. I was chosen as a prophet."

He clenched his fists.

"But I was raised in royalty. In Pharaoh's palace I saw executions every day and Brutal punishments, Blood and the Screams."

His voice trembled.

"When I tried to save one of the children of Isaac… rage took over me. I killed that taskmaster."

He covered his face.

"Fear swallowed me after that. What if I was punished? What if Mother Bithia suffered because of me?"

He remembered the moment he ran.

The moment he crossed the border of Misr.

"And then… everything was sealed.....My unique skills… gone.....The link between prophets… gone....."Most likely, the Most High punishing me."

He looked at his wooden staff.

"At least I still have this… it can turn into a snake. and some of magic Knowledge"

He sighed deeply.

"I had knowledge. I had power. And I lost everything because of fear."

He thought about Aaron.

"Aaron became a prophet shortly before I left… maybe he is guiding them now."

He looked back toward the direction of Misr.

"Should I go back?"

"But if they tried to kill Mother, they would have done it already…And what do I even have left?"

He looked at the sky.

"Most High… please forgive me…" As he began to cry openly.

Misr

( Ramesses' P.o.V)

Back in Misr, I stood in the war room.

"Is everything ready?" I asked calmly.

"Yes, my lord," said the strategist, bowing deeply. "Everything is prepared."

The fear in their eyes was still there.

Even after I openly rejected the gods.

In fact… the fear grew now they think I can challenge gods and survive.

Fools.

I am just trying not to drown.

"Good," I said.

"From now on, all water must be boiled before drinking. Add salt where needed. Spread it across the kingdom make it cheap to people of our kingdom."

He blinked in confusion but nodded.

"Also, train more soldiers. Discipline. Order."

I handed him several scrolls.

"These are building designs. Houses must be built to reduce heat. Use airflow. Use Nile water properly. Teach people to wash hands. Bathing is mandatory. Waste must be handled outside living areas."

He stared at me like I was insane.

"Yes, Lord Pharaoh," he said quickly.
