"What are you doing?" Benecio looked at me as if I had suddenly grown an extra limb as I took out my bank card to pay the bill.
"Paying," I frowned, "Are you going blind?"
"No," he pouted, "I'm just surprised."
"Why are you surprised?" I chuckled, "You've never seen someone pay a bill before?"
"No, I've never seen someone pay for me before unless it's my brothers or parents," he said it as if it was one of the seven wonders in the world.
I squinted, "Well then you have terrible friends."
"I guess I do," he kept quiet when the waiter came back to run the bill and we left to start window shopping. "Where's Rodney by the way? If it isn't for work, he's pretty much a ghost."
"Oh he has hit it off quite well with Mr Michele," I smiled remembering how excited he was after he had come back from his first dinner with Miley's parents, "They're always doing something together."
"Can't believe he and Miley became so serious so fast though. Where did that come from?"
