Wen Song nodded, took the folder, flipped through it, signed, and handed it back to Director Liu, feeling somewhat surprised. This kind of document should normally be handed over by the secretary for approval. Liu Lirui wasn't new to her role as office director, so why would she do something so out of the ordinary?
