Chapter 42 - Chapter 42: Lestes and Ling Xing Yue*

"Tonight, the moon is stunning."

Lestes sat silently under the starlit sky, gazing at the moon's gentle glow, when a soft voice echoed beside him.

He turned slightly. "When did you come?"

"Just now," Ling Xing Yue said as she gracefully sat down next to him.

"How is your wound?" she asked in return, her voice laced with quiet concern.

"Healed completely," Lestes replied, still looking at the moon.

"What?" she blinked in disbelief, staring at him. "Completely healed?"

It had only been two days. She clearly remembered the extent of his injuries, the kind that would leave even elite cultivators bedridden for weeks. If anyone else had claimed such a thing, she would have scoffed. But this was Lestes.

He was a man shrouded in mysteries. Within mere days, he had gone from the fifth stage of Qi Condensation to Foundation Establishment; no, not just any breakthrough, but a Perfect Foundation. Immediately after, he had slain a peak mid-Foundation cultivator in single combat. These weren't coincidences or lucky flukes; they were miracles.

Ling Xing Yue studied him for a while. In the faint moonlight, Lestes looked distant, unreachable, like someone who didn't quite belong to this world.

She finally broke the silence. "Lestes… where do you truly come from?"

He turned his head slightly, his eyes still reflecting the stars. "Does it matter?"

"Yes," she said. "Because no ordinary person can achieve what you did. Even geniuses in the Immortal Sects wouldn't dare dream of your pace."

Lestes didn't respond. The wind rustled the trees softly, as if even nature paused to listen.

Ling Xing Yue sighed. "You're not obligated to tell me. But know this, whether you come from the Immortal Realm or the deepest abyss, you're not alone now."

Her words lingered in the air like a vow.

Lestes smiled faintly. "Thank you… I'll remember that."

After some time, Lestes broke the silence.

"Some things… are not as simple as you think. Some truths are better left buried unless you possess the strength to bear the karma—and the heart to face reality. Don't ask what you shouldn't."

Ling Xing Yue lowered her head. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have crossed the line."

Lestes sighed, his voice soft but resolute. "All I can tell you is this—if you follow me with your true heart, I will guide you to heights you've never imagined… even in your wildest dreams."

Her eyes lit up, stars dancing in her pupils. "Then I will follow you with my whole heart."

But Lestes's expression turned serious.

"No," he said. "Not your whole heart. I want you to follow me with your true heart."

She blinked in confusion. "Is there even a difference?"

"There's a vast difference," Lestes replied. "Following with your whole heart means losing yourself… becoming someone who lives only for me, without thought or identity. I don't want a puppet. I want someone real beside me."

"Then what does it mean to follow with a true heart?" she asked, her brows furrowing.

"It means even if your opinion differs from mine… even if the world opposes me and you stand among them, you will still trust me from the bottom of your heart. Not blind faith, but trust that remains even when doubt whispers."

"But why would I ever oppose you?" she asked instinctively.

Lestes gave a low laugh. "That's because your world is still small. Your heart hasn't yet touched the edges of pain, betrayal, and choices that can't be reversed. One day, you'll understand. I don't need a maid who praises everything I do—I need one who dares to question me when I lose my way. And maybe, just maybe… she might be right."

He paused, then added with gentleness in his eyes, "We've strayed from the topic. Just remember—be true to yourself, and if you choose to walk beside me, have faith in me… not because I demand it, but because you believe in it."

Ling Xing Yue's eyes shimmered. "I will remember that."

Silence settled once more. The moon cast its glow over them. Lestes turned to look at her—the silver light painting her delicate features, her white skin glowing ethereally beneath her pale blue robes. In that moment, her presence tugged at his heart like never before.

His heartbeat quickened.

"Tonight," he whispered, voice low and deep, "the moon is too beautiful…"

Before she could respond, he gently reached out and pulled her closer. And in the next breath, his lips captured hers, firm, yet reverent, like sealing a silent vow beneath the heavens.

"Mmm~"

A soft moan escaped Ling Xing Yue's lips as the strange yet harmonious sensation coursed through her body.

The moment their lips met, something deeper than affection stirred—Qi began to flow.

A stream of pure Yang Qi surged from Lestes's meridians, controlled and steady. It travelled with intent, passing through the intimate link of their kiss. The moment it entered Ling Xing Yue, it transformed subtly into Yin Qi, resonating with her innate energy.

The qi danced through her meridians like warm moonlight over still waters, harmonising with her essence, smoothing inner wounds, and deepening the foundation of her cultivation. As it completed the cycle within her, it returned—tracing its way back through the kiss, becoming Yang once more as it re-entered Lestes, enriching his meridians in turn.

A complete, perfect loop.

Yin within Yang. Yang within Yin.

Two bodies, one breath. Two hearts, one flow.

Ling Xing Yue's hands trembled slightly as she held onto him,

The Qi danced between them like moonlight weaving through still waters, graceful, intimate, alive.

So did their lips.

Lestes moved with gentle dominance, taking turns to kiss her lower lip, then the upper, as though offering reverence to both. Each motion was filled with deliberate care—measured, affectionate, and yet carrying a growing heat. Ling Xing Yue responded in kind, not shy, but bold, matching his rhythm, sometimes even challenging it.

At times, she tried to take the lead, tilting her head, pressing closer, attempting to reverse their roles. But every time she neared victory, Lestes would shift, deepening the kiss, grazing his fingers against her waist, or channelling a teasing surge of Yang Qi.

She would falter, breath hitching. A wave of tingling energy would sweep her focus away, and Lestes would reclaim the upper hand, never with force, but always with precision.

It was a heavenly rhythm, push and pull, fire and frost, yin and yang, resonating not just through their lips, but deep into their souls.

Ling Xing Yue tried to stay composed, to keep her spiritual will firm, but how could she? This wasn't merely a kiss; it was cultivation through bliss. Even those who had once tasted it would chase it again.

Her heart pounded in her chest like a war drum, yet her spirit felt lighter than it had ever been before.

Lestes pulls her onto his lap. They disappear.

Next, they appear in a room in one of the caves. They were still kissing.

On the bed,

"Mmmmm~~"

Lestes's hands became restless; they wanted to play with her body, so his hand slowly slid up and groped one of her breasts. Ling Xing Yue moaned. She was slowly losing herself to lust so was Lestes.

While their tongues were at war, their hands were taking off each other's clothes. After that, they started to trace each other's bodies, every inch of it, and their hand roamed on each other's bodies. Lestes first funnelled her asses.

"Mmmmm~" she moaned. Her round ass was firm.

Lestes cares her ass for a while, then slid up slowly, tangling her. Her body trembled as if she were being electrocuted with low current. Finally touched her breast, kneading his fingers in her breast.

"Mmmmmm~" she wanted to moan loudly, but Lestes held her lips firmly.

Slowly, his thumb rubbed her tight nipples. Ling Xing Yue was on high cloud; her consciousness was fading slowly, and lust was dominating. Her hand slipped down, and her fingers firmly gripped around his hard, rock-like member. She started giving him a hand job.

Until now, they were still kissing; now, they were competing to see who would hold longer. Whoever lost would lose the chance to dominate, although Lestes was her master, but just in name, until he gained enough strength, Ling Xing Yue still wanted to dominate him.

Her speed increased slowly, Lestes also let go of her breast, and his hand slipped in between her legs. He softly touched her little sister.

"Mmmmmm~"

Lestes robbed slowly, and his speed also increased. Their hands' rhythm and tongue rhythm matched.

As one increases speed, others' speed increases voluntarily. Ling Xing Yue was reaching her limit.

Finally, when she was drenched, Lestes's middle finger slid inside her sacred cave.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhh~ Yes Ahhh~ there Ahhhhhh~ Yes Ahh~" Ling Xing Yue could hold any longer, she cum. Her juice flowed like a broken dam. Lestes, move and finger speed increase with each round.

"Yes Ahhhhh~, there mmmm~ Ahhh~ don't stop Ahhh~"

"Ahhhhh~ More give me more Ahhhh~" She lost in battle and lost herself to lust.
