"A Recessive Alpha, to be exact," Cho Euntak explained. He wouldn't be usually comfortable talking about his Secondary Gender to other people. But he felt okay to share it with Baek Jeho. "Apparently, my pheromone level is just enough to call me an Alpha. In short, I'm not as amazing as you are, Baek Jeho."
"What does it matter? An Alpha is still an Alpha," Baek Jeho said, beaming. He even patted Cho Euntak's shoulder excitedly. "Congratulations, Euntak-ah. This calls for a celebration!"
To be honest, Cho Euntak didn't know how he wanted Baek Jeho to react to his awakening.
But he wouldn't say that he was happy to see his friend this delighted.
"Is it really a good thing that I manifested as an Alpha?"
"Of course, it is," Baek Jeho said firmly. "Cho Euntak, the Alphas are at the top of the hierarchy. Why wouldn't that be a good thing?"
