A sense of oppression swept over, but it wasn't as cold as before.
"Is this supposed to be buying me off?"
Wen Tang had no escape, her back pressing tightly against the wall, "Not really."
"After all, you earned this with your own strength."
Pei Heyan averted his face, unable to suppress his grin.
After calming down, he looked at Wen Tang again and teased her by lifting her chin, "This little mouth really knows how to win people over."
"Just not sure if it's sweet."
Wen Tang looked up, and Pei Heyan's arm hung in midair as she boldly said while wrapping her arms around his neck, "Sweet, President Pei has tasted it before."
Her words stirred up Pei Heyan's desire, and he leaned in.
Before his thin lips could land on the corner of Wen Tang's mouth, she dodged and said, "I'm hungry."
She stood at the door of the study and looked at him, "Didn't you just mention having lunch together? Changed your mind?"
