Xiao Yuan touched Anning's face: "Luckily, I met you the first time I sang for money, otherwise I'd be starving."
His words were so pitiful that Anning felt quite sympathetic towards him: "Are you hungry now? Maybe I could get you something to eat."
"Hungry."
Xiao Yuan stared intently at Anning.
Anning thought about getting up to go to the kitchen to make some food. Xiao Yuan pressed down on her, not letting her move: "You know what I want to eat."
Anning felt a rush of emotion. As she reached out to embrace Xiao Yuan, her phone placed nearby started ringing.
"Who's calling?"
Xiao Yuan handed the phone to Anning.
Anning glanced at it and answered with a sigh: "Aunt Li, is there something wrong?"
An excited voice came through the phone: "Ningning, come over quickly. I have good news to tell you; Jun Hao woke up. He has awoken."
"Auntie, please don't be too worked up. Have you had a doctor check on him? You should have a doctor go over first. Don't worry, I'll be there soon."
