In less than five minutes, all the dishes Liu Hun had ordered earlier were served. Liu Hun picked up his chopsticks, took a bite of each dish, and then smacked his lips.
"The food tastes pretty good, but for a chain store like yours, there shouldn't be any mistakes by the chef, right?" Liu Hun put down his chopsticks and looked at Han Xin'er with some doubt as he asked.
"There's a long story behind it. The chef had some family issues at the time and worked overnight, which is why this happened the next day." Han Xin'er's previous smile faded, replaced by endless helplessness when she mentioned this again.
It's hard to blame the chef for this. After all, people have their own family matters. Such an accident can only be attributed to bad luck.
"Is your dad here?" Liu Hun suddenly asked Han Xin'er.
"Why are you asking about my dad?" Han Xin'er looked at Liu Hun with some confusion.
