"If they want to make a show on the surface, just cooperate with them to stage a confrontation.
"Also, release a statement: The White Ghost won't spare any scoundrel who attacks Empire civilians, whether they're external forces or Imperial Nobles. Use strong language, preferably with some coarse words."
