Unfortunately, due to the obstruction of the Gangaro River, even though the Thirteenth Marine Division possesses amphibious assault capabilities, it may not successfully cross the Gangaro River. The key issue is that from north of Gal to Padbara, there are no suitable crossing points, primarily because the river is too wide.
To forcibly cross the Gangaro River north of Padbara and then move south to attack and occupy Chandhanagar would obviously be superfluous.
Occupying Padbara is merely to strengthen the blockade against Gal, forcing the Fan Army to retreat from Gal.
The attack operation presents no challenge at all, as it faces the same old problems.
Of course, for the Thirteenth Marine Division, it's quite routine.
After occupying the train station, the Thirteenth Marine Division did not advance into the city but stayed in the outskirts, only allowing the opening of several roads to the north.
Simply put, it permits local residents to leave Padbara.
