also known as Ultimate Madness Containment (U.M.C).
Built personally by the Prison Director, made from a special metal material not found anywhere in the universe, a mysterious metal only derived from the Prison Director himself.
This metal effectively restricts any form of divinity, while continuously evoking the most primal emotions in individuals.
Restrict divinity with metal, restrain madness with fear.
Even though the Prison Director is dead, the Central Prison remains intact.
Either because over thousands to tens of thousands of years, or even longer periods of imprisonment, these death row inmates have come to regard the prison as their "home" and are unwilling to destroy it.
Or perhaps they have already seized the core control rights of the prison, taking ownership of such a perfect facility, enabling effective control over certain extreme death row inmates.
