A day passes by in the blink of an eye.
Friday morning.
Morning light spills over the fields, spring breeze gently brushes the cheeks, and Xue Yuantong urges, "Jiang Ning, hurry up, Chuchu must be starving!"
Jiang Ning: "Haha, I think it's you who's hungry."
Xue Yuantong's little legs are swinging rapidly, running into Chuchu's kitchen.
"Smells so good, it smells so good!" She sniffs with her little nose, eyes curious: "Is it sauced beans?"
Xue Chuchu is wearing an apron, scooping pan-fried flatbreads: "Yes, you and Jiang Ning can grab a piece to try."
"I feel so embarrassed!" Xue Yuantong sternly refuses, as a guest at someone else's home, of course, you have to wait for the host to eat together!
But Jiang Ning is not so reserved, what's the difference between Chuchu's house and his own?
He picks up a freshly baked, piping hot flatbread, with one side crispy and the other soft and chewy.
