Max's eyes flickered faintly, but he did not interrupt.
The man continued, his tone now carrying a subtle warning. "However, do not get any ideas. That crack is extremely unstable. The spatial turbulence around it is violent. Any ordinary cultivator who tries to pass through will have their body torn apart before they can even reach the other side."
Lucia frowned slightly, clearly understanding the severity of such a phenomenon.
"It seems that a space storm struck the ascension tunnel," the man explained further. "That storm caused structural damage to the tunnel, and the resulting fracture manifested here on Orion. It is not something that happens often, but when it does, it brings chaos."
He paused briefly before adding, "From what I know, a few second rate forces have already sent people to monitor the situation. They are trying to stabilize or close the crack before it causes further problems."
Lucia nodded slowly, absorbing the information. "I see," she said.
