Michael turned to the chocolate merchants, who nodded in confirmation.
"It is true, Michael," said the veteran peddler. "Our main customer base mostly comprises Squires and Knights from the Order. They're the reason why chocolate spread like wildfire in Angora City, and why our products were quickly sold out within just a few days."
"You wouldn't believe just how popular chocolate is in our circle," Sir Jon added. "After you guys left, chocolate became some sort of a mythical product in our city. Those who were lucky to be able to buy one before it sold out were able to sell it for ten times the original price they bought it for."
"Of course, most refused to sell it at all," he continued. "After all, we didn't know when—or if—we were going to get chocolate again."
