Michael had initially planned to explore the tomb by himself, but of course, Sheina had other ideas and invited herself and her siblings into this campaign as well.
Now, this whole exploration of the tomb had turned into something that was closer to a 'field trip' for the siblings. Despite the inherent dangers and risks that they would face in the tomb, the Dragonborns treated the expedition as nothing more than their usual routine. And it was not without merit—their fighting skills had improved far beyond normal after months of training with Agnes.
And so, Michael and the Dragonborns arrived at the mouth of the cave along with about a hundred or more adventurers.
Just like the rest, they lined up behind the group of Knights on the frontline. As the Knights advanced, so did the crowd of adventurers.
Even though Michael had spent the entire past month focusing on preparing for this campaign, this was the first time he was seeing the tomb with his own eyes.
