Meanwhile, Michael descended into his shadows and teleported directly back to the Nation of Reborn. In less than a second, he appeared at the gates of the Reborn Prison, located right next to the Centaur Police Department in the nation's northwest side.
As he walked into the building, Michael was greeted by the sight of Rebornian police—mostly made up of Centaurs and demi-humans—working at their desks and typing up paperwork.
The moment Michael entered through the doors, they saluted and greeted him with smiles on their faces.
"Morning, boss!"
"Good to see you, Boss Michael!"
Even one of the prisoners who was being handcuffed greeted Michael with a great big 'ole smile on his face.
"Whoa! It's an honor to finally meet you, Sir Michael!"
Michael raised an eyebrow. "Huh? What's up with him?"
"He's a voluntary prisoner, boss," one of the Centaur guards explained. "It's becoming kind of an epidemic. But there's nothing we can do. They just love going inside our prisons."
