After that fateful day when he had inadvertently summoned the phantom of the metallic woman, Michael hadn't yet tried to use the [Finger Gun] again.
First, he had been quite busy handling all the business in Reborn, with the shortages of resources and the ongoing McTony's project demanding most of his attention. It was only after things finally settled down and he had completed those tasks that he got enough time to sit down and focus on it again.
Second, Michael wanted to make sure that he would do it away from anyone's prying eyes and would be completely alone while trying it. If he did summon the metallic woman again, the last thing he wanted was to fuel the new Iron Maiden cult to become even more crazed than they already were.
Whether he liked it or not, that group had been spreading rapidly across the Southern tip of the Queens region.
