As soon as Zion's hand got near the box, it seemed as if the floating piece of metal inside got triggered into a reaction. It vibrated, growing with intensity as he got closer, before finally shooting off towards his heart at near break-neck speed.
With the force of the GodForge piece hurling at his chest, Zion was thrown back, colliding against a few desks before crashing on the concrete wall.
The GodForge piece slowly seeped into Zion's red scales, before eventually reaching into his inner system.
The metal travelled through his veins, instinctively finding its way through his organs and into his heart.
After crashing into the wall, Zion grabbed his chest and tried to feel for any entry wound but found none.
"Huh?" he asked out loud. "What happened? Where did it go?"
