Declan turned towards Sabina. Elder Sandra was looking towards Sabina as well.
Sabina said, "I found the Tier-9 Worm King living under a 100ft mountain hill. It's near the border."
Gasp!
A low exclamation occurred. The elders who had gone with her saw the hill as well. They were shocked to the core.
Now they understood why she urged everyone to return fast. They were glad that they listened to her.
If they had fought against the Tier-8 Corrupted Beast, it would have alerted the Tier-9 Beast. Then the Tier-9 Worm King would have gone into hiding again.
They came to the understanding that Lord Declan and Sabina's target was the Tier-9 Worm King. They were not here to deal with Tier-8 beasts. That was their job.
Declan's eyes flashed with a cold light.
"Let's not waste time. It's better to kill the beast before it escapes somewhere else," Declan commented.
