Reiji fell silent immediately.
Yamata-no-Orochi stepped closer, their distance now just a few paces apart.
The aura of the ancient dragon felt increasingly tangible—cold, dense, like pressure from the depths of the ocean thousands of meters down.
"If I change my body, then what?" Yamata-no-Orochi's voice was calm, but there was a dark, curious tone surrounding each word.
"If I become a man... will you stop forcing me?"
Reiji took a deep breath, slowly.

"Of course I will! Damn it!" Reiji pointed at the creature with a half-frustrated gesture.

Reiji's eyes darted quickly, almost nervously, then refocused. "You're standing in front of me now, in the form of a half-dragon woman... without a stitch of clothing, with an annoying attitude and a smug smile."
"So, well... imagine how chaotic my brain has to process all of this at once." Reiji's voice sounded flat, but there was a hint of exhaustion hidden behind the last sentence.
Yamata-no-Orochi tilted her head, then a light laugh escaped her lips.
It wasn't a cruel or cynical laugh—but rather honest, warm, even... enjoyable, like someone who momentarily forgot her role as an ancient monster.
"Well, at least you're honest," said Yamata-no-Orochi, flicking the tip of her tail against the floor.
The thud was small, but enough to send dust flying.
Then, Yamata-no-Orochi's smile returned—this time more teasing, playful. "But... wouldn't you prefer if I looked like a beautiful woman, hmm?"
"What?!" Reiji stared at Yamata-no-Orochi with a mixed expression of amusement and disgust.
"Damn it! You! Yamata-no-Orochi! Wait..." Reiji squinted, his face suddenly lighting up like someone who just found the perfect way to get a little revenge.
"Because now I know you're Yamata-no-Orochi, and you're—oh my god, I still can't believe it—a woman... we better find you a new name."
"What?!" Yamata-no-Orochi exclaimed, her voice booming like a small thunder in the empty space.
"Damn human! How dare you want to change my glorious name! Yamata-no-Orochi! That's a legendary name! The pride of dragons! Damn you!"
Reiji raised his hand casually as if to calm a fierce dog.
"Calm down, calm down. Just listen to my explanation first. It feels weird and too long to keep calling you 'Yamata-no-Orochi.'"
"My mouth is getting tired. And 'Orochi'..." Reiji tilted his head, then grinned.
"That name sounds... well, too fierce for a woman. You said it yourself, you're a woman now, right?"
"I said, don't change my name!!" Yamata-no-Orochi roared in annoyance and quickly walked toward Reiji.
The half-dragon woman's body made each step feel intimidating, her claws striking the unreal floor, her tail swinging angrily.
In an instant, Yamata-no-Orochi's hand gripped Reiji's shoulder.
"Uh! Damn it! Get away!" Reiji shouted while trying to push her away, but his strength was no match.
The wings and scaly body of the dragon woman remained in place.
"I warn you, human! Don't change my name!" Yamata-no-Orochi roared.
But whether due to emotion or accident, Yamata-no-Orochi's next push was too strong.
Reiji lost his balance and fell to the floor of that endless white room.
And like a cliché that never dies in life or dreams, Yamata-no-Orochi was pulled down on top of Reiji.
One second of silence.
Reiji looked up—and found himself right beneath the body of the half-dragon creature, his eyes nearly obscured by the shadow of her large chest, which was only covered by thin, dark bluish scales.
"Damn it!" Reiji screamed in panic, his hands quickly pushing against the dragon's chest.
"Uh! You jerk!" Yamata-no-Orochi shouted angrily, but there was a blush on the cheeks of the half-dragon woman—hard to tell if it was from anger or... embarrassment.
