-Molly-
She really love Lucas really she did, but she didn't understand why he develop an obsession with this muggle holiday.
Ever since the birth of his children her beloved had decided that every year they were celebrate this holiday.
Of course this made lady Narcisa and lady bellatrix angry but Lucas had managed to "convince them" to not have a problem on celebrating this holiday.
It was total coincidence that second children coming from both of those women were born in December.
She smile as she saw her older son coming back from Hogwarts for the holidays. Her thoughts were interrupted by the sound of the front door opening.
She looked up.
The front doors opened, and cold winter air swept briefly into the hall along with laughter and footsteps and then she remember that the children were going to come back from the holidays today.
As she went downstairs she saw first her older son. He stepped inside, his Hogwarts cloak dusted with snow, taller than she remembered, red hair slightly darker.
"Mom," he said, grinning.
She crossed the room in three quick steps and pulled him into a tight embrace. He stiffened for half a second embarrassed but hugged her back just as firmly.
"You've grown," she murmured, smoothing his hair.
"So have you," he teased lightly, glancing pointedly at her stomach.
She laughed, swatting his arm. "Cheeky."
"You're home for two weeks," she said, taking his hand. "Your father has… plans."
-Lucas Black-
The worst part a reincarnated in Harry Potter as a pure blood they don't have any good fucking holidays.
I understood why but still I decided the moment I had my own children I would try and celebrate Christmas due to being my favorite holiday.
So every year I would dress up in this Santa costume and delivered gifts to my kid and women the problem was well my elder kids already know it me and I don't know if they're gonna ruin the fucking surprise to the younger ones.
Now every year I have to threaten them. Very politely and very lovingly. If even one of them ruins the surprise for the younger ones, they can see their monthly allowance, completely cut for the entire new year.
That usually keeps them quiet.
Now time to prepare.
-Feliz Navidad-
The younger children—ranging from toddlers to eleven-year-olds—were in a state of vibrating anticipation. They'd been herded into the grand parlor by their mothers and older siblings, plied with hot chocolate and sugar quills. A roaring fire crackled in the hearth, and a mountain of exquisitely wrapped presents already lay beneath the tree, but everyone knew the real gifts came later, from the man in red.
Narcissa, elegant in silver robes, watched with a thin, tolerant smile. Bellatrix, draped in dark green velvet, looked more amused than angry, her fingers idly tracing the stem of her wine glass. Andromeda was actually helping, calming a tearful three-year-old who was worried the reindeer might be cold.
Molly, her hand resting on her rounded stomach, beamed from her armchair. Her eyes found her eldest, Lucas Jr. standing near the doorway with his half-siblings, Damien, Lila, and Susan.
Damien leaned over to Jr. "How long do you think it'll take for Leo to figure it out this year?" he whispered, nodding towards their six-year-old brother, who was staring wide-eyed at the fireplace, awaiting a descent.
"He's smarter than we were at that age," Jr. whispered back. "But Father's illusion work is better too. I give it until the third gift."
"Quiet, you two," Susan hissed, though her own lips were twitching. A collective gasp went up as soot suddenly billowed from the flue, followed by a pair of heavy, booted feet. Lucas descended if overly dramatic, clumsiness, the sack landing with a soft thump beside him.
"MERRY CHRISTMAS!" he shouted getting everyone's attention.
The younger children shrieked with delight. The older ones, the teenagers and young adults scattered around the room, offered polite applause.
He called each child forward by name, handing out gifts that he had made personally enjoying the expression on their faces.
Merry Christmas.
