Chapter 846 - Chapter 846 Suggestion

The first thing Netero did after recovering wasn't thinking about how to handle the Association's current turmoil, but wanting to fight Law.

His tone and expression weren't joking… he was very serious.

Beside him, Linne, who long understood Netero's nature, sighed softly but was also glad Netero had recovered.

"Verification isn't necessary."

Law wasn't so idle and bored that he'd agree to Netero's challenge.

"Alright."

Netero didn't insist either. Law refusing was within his expectations. If he wanted a fight with Law, he first had to create a reason for Law that made it unavoidable. It had always been like that.

Earlier, when he said he wanted to verify, there was a hidden meaning.

He wasn't verifying whether he had recovered, but the gains from the battle with the Ant King.

He had to confirm if there was still a path forward, and the best subject was Law.

'Not now, but there would be opportunities later.'

Netero wasn't in a hurry. Moreover, before consulting Law, he had the Zodiac members to play with.

Seeing Netero didn't continue to pester, Law was truly grateful. He looked at the Zoldyck Family's members, his gaze shifting, finally resting on Silva.

The treatment was over. Silva should take Killua and Alluka back to the Zoldyck Family.

Law couldn't stop this because before coming here, he had given Silva a promise. However, he had also promised to help Killua.

"I want to speak with Killua alone," Law looked at Silva.

Hearing this, Silva glanced at Killua and the sleeping Alluka, remained silent for a while, then didn't refuse, nodding. "Alright."

Hearing Law's and Silva's words, Killua involuntarily looked at Law, a flash of anticipation deep in his eyes.

Law took out his phone and called Knov.

After a moment, Knov alone opened the door and entered.

"Chairman!"

Seeing Netero restored, Knov's face instantly lit up with joy.

"Yo."

Netero raised his hand and casually greeted, then stood in place, twisting his neck, then his waist.

"It's wonderful that you've recovered," Knov said.

Netero chuckled, looking at his fist. "I think so too."

Being able to recover was indeed good.

Experiencing a weak, powerless body made one appreciate this current body's preciousness even more.

"Knov, sorry to trouble you," Law interjected at the right moment.

Knov's body slightly shook. He hurriedly said, "I'll take you to another room right away."

"Hmm." Law nodded.

Afterward, Knov opened a door to an empty room. Law and Killua walked into the door, their figures disappearing from everyone's sight.

After the two entered, Knov closed the door.

The room Knov arranged for Law and Killua wasn't large, just without any clutter. A glance showed nothing there.

"Law." Killua looked slightly nervous.

"There's a way for you and Alluka to regain your freedom," Law got straight to the point.

Killua was first stunned, then asked, "What way?"

"Seal Alluka's wish-granting ability," Law calmly said.

This was the suggestion he thought of. As long as Alluka's ability was sealed, the Zoldyck Family would naturally have no reason to restrict Alluka's freedom.

Though it sounded simple, doing it was extremely difficult.

When a person has a universal wish-granting machine, able to get anything wanted without paying a price, then the question arises: would that person voluntarily give up the universal wish-granting machine?

Law dared say 99.9% of people in the world wouldn't give it up. But he knew Killua would, without the slightest hesitation or doubt.

Hearing Law's suggestion, a gleam appeared in Killua's eyes, as if seeing another bright path.

He didn't want Alluka and Nanika treated as tools, nor did he want to see Alluka and Nanika constantly confined.

So, following Law's suggested method, pulling out the root cause, everything would return to normal.

Watching Killua thinking, Law suddenly said, "Think it through. This means you'll lose a very important benefit."

"No need to think at all."

Killua abruptly looked up at Law, his expression resolute.

Seeing this, Law smiled slightly. This reaction was also within expectations.

"The opportunity to seal the ability must be found by yourself. Can you do it?"

"Yes."

Killua nodded heavily.

Law reached out, ruffling Killua's soft silver hair. "Take good care of yourself."

Killua pursed his lips, murmuring, "Mm."

He understood the meaning of Law's words: Law wouldn't return to the Zoldyck Family with him. From the moment they left the Hide-and-Seek space, to save Alluka, he could only rely on himself.

Moments later, Knov came to the room, bringing Law and Killua back to the largest room where Netero was.

At that moment, everyone from before was there, including Nique.

Treating Netero was the reason for the Zoldyck Family's visit. Since Netero had recovered, they had no reason to stay.

Knov saw them out of the Hide-and-Seek space.

In the room, Ginta hugged Netero's arm, wailing loudly, venting the emotions accumulated over this period.

Cheadle watched this scene, only able to stand aside speechlessly. She originally wanted to immediately brief Netero on the Association's changes and situation over the past week, but Ginta was venting emotions, making it impossible for her to intervene.

Morel and the others were all there… only Beans seemed to be handling work at the Association, looking very busy.

Originally, Linne was the one closest to Netero, basically guarding the bedside.

When Netero recovered, she became the one farthest away, quietly watching outside the crowd, only Shachmono accompanying her.

Law came to Linne's side, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with her.

Sometimes, Law also found the relationship between Linne and Netero strange. In his worldview, it was truly odd that Linne and Netero, who started adventuring together from youth, didn't end up together.

'Perhaps... being too familiar wasn't necessarily a good thing.'

"You've worked hard."

Linne suddenly said.

Law glanced at Linne, just smiled, saying nothing.

Shachmono watched the master and disciple pair beside him, revealing a faint smile.

'Master meeting Law was a kind of luck, right?'

The recovered Netero seemed to bring vitality to the entire room, lively and noisy.

Morel seized the moment to come to Law's side, telling Law about Nique's ability and then taking out the marble.

In the corner, Nique noticed this, feeling despair.

'It's over, it's over...'

Nique looked utterly defeated, suddenly turning his head, quickly scanning the surroundings.

He wasn't thinking of escaping but wanted to eat a blade of grass one last time before dying.

Just then, he saw Law's hand holding the marble glow with Aura, thinking Law was starting to destroy the marble.

But the next moment, what he saw was Law opening the footage stored in the marble.

A light screen floated in mid-air, starting to play the footage.

Law watched the footage on the screen with interest.

Morel had told him about this, including some information about Nique's ability.

He found this ability interesting and didn't plan to destroy the marble.

The sudden footage broke the room's liveliness.

Nique watched this unexpected development, his gaze somewhat dazed.
