After stabilizing myself swiftly I noticed many other people vomiting all over the ground or trying to hold it in.
"I guess all the disorientation is an effect of first time teleportation or something. ", I muttered silently while observing the dizzy and struggling cadets.
"You know, not everyone is struggling to adjust out there. ", a sudden calm slightly deep voice came from my left side.
"The name's Kevin by the way, I thought it would be nice to take an initiative in making friends so I hope you aren't too startled. ", he introduced. His demeanor was calm and upright like dazzling gold in an auction that knows it's value.
"Is he for real making me his first friend or something? Oh well better than being completely alone for some days", I sighed internally
"Cool, I'm Ken Clover a former farmer and wannabe strongest swordsman. ", I replied calmly to his introduction.
"Mmmh, then from today onwards we are friends Ken, and call me Kev. "
"Sure Kev, let's go catch up with the others. "
We walked from the massive hall whereby the teleportation array was implanted and followed the crowd through the hallways towards a MASSIVE and plain field illuminated by the scorching sun.
"Listen up everyone! You are all cadets in this institution who are here to train for the ongoing war between the myriad alliance and abominations. ", A very and I mean VERY LOUD voice boomed from the upside of the field. A tall, buff and handsome man with black hair donned a white and red suit with a black long coat despite the heat.
"Everyone here has awakened a potential class whether strong or weak. Even if you're just a chef, farmer or supporter, everyone will learn how to protect regardless of talent types. ", he spoke assuredly like it was facts engraved on stone.
"I Mawrei Screter, and all the teachers here will make sure you all learn how to be the best versions of yourselves and even surpass your initial potential class, and all you ever say is YESSIR or YES MA'AM, GOT IT!!! "
"YESSIR!!!!! "
"Good now all of you move out with the assistant teachers to your temporary dorms according to the numbers they'll assign you. "
"YESSIR!!! "
"Dismissed cadets. "

At the dorms.
"Yo, we have some free time before the first lesson, let's go grab a bite and explore the premises. ", Kevin suggested casually.
"Sure, but are y'all gonna come with us as well. ", I asked the other two guys sharing a room with us.
"Sure! "
"Why not! "
They both replied immediately.
The dorms were simply split between male and female and you got to choose your roommates as long as you were a total of 4.
The more advanced dorms would only be available once we are 1st years so we have dorm freedom for one year.
"Oh right I didn't get all your names, mine's Kevin. ", Kevin ever the ice breaker easily brought up one of the most important questions that men need to ask each other, after all men could be 10 years long buddies but still not know each other's names.
"I'm Ace...", The more quiet guy introduced, his blood red eyes matching his blood red shoulder length flowing hair. He scanned both Kevin and me and returned his attention to the other guy.
"I'm Callus but call me your highness if you feel like it. ", the second guy introduced himself way more smugly and prideful than the quiet Ace.
Callus smirked at the odd looks we gave him, his grey eyes gleamed with amusement as he simply turned towards the door.
"Well aren't you guys going for a bite. ", he asked with the same stupid grin still plastered on his face.
"We are your stupid-ness, sheesh why did you have to be our roommate. ", Kevin retorted as he sighed and muttered the last part to himself.
"Huh, your what, urghhh damn you Kevin atleast learn proper respect in the short time we were apart. ", Callus grumbled as we left our room.
"Wait so Kev you know this guy. ", I finally spoke as I gave gave Kevin a curios look.
"Well, yeah, kind of. Our dads are friends so we meet up often as children. "
"That sounds nice, you already meeting a childhood friend huh. ", Ace muttered
"More like the worst, Callus is so fucking insufferable when he's around. ", Kevin sighed.
"Hey stop talking bad about me in front of our new friends Kev. ", Callus responded with an irritated but playful tone.
"Callus I keep telling you not to call me Kev, we aren't even frie- ",
"Oh right I didn't get your name earlier cause of this gold digging meat sack. ", Callus casually ignored and cut off Kevin as he stared at me.
"The name's Ken, and I didn't know I'd end with with a prince for a friend. ", I responded to Callus while returning his stare and initiating a staring contest.
"A prince? ", Ace asked quietly
"Yeah I mean he has the trademark gray eyes and hair of the Graven royal family so of course he's a prince. ", I explained to Ace.
"I'm glad you noticed commoner but unfortunately this handsome prince won't be even part of the Emperor crown race because I'm too talented to have competitors. ", Callus said with a smirk, boldly explaining with pride.
"Let's just ignore this air head and eat please. ", Kevin sighed for the umpteenth time.
"I guess Callus knows how to drain his social battery real fast. ", I thought with mild amusement.

Third Person POV:
At the cafeteria.
*munch, munch, munch*
Ken, Callus, Kevin and Ace loudly ate their mountains of food with large bites and constant chewing or slurping. The sounds of pure starvation being quenched filled the cafeteria as more and more cadets came in to fill their empty tanks.
Most of the cadets had vomited out their breakfast from the first-time teleportation nausea and came here to gain energy after settling in the dorms to relax while they still could.
"Ahhh, man I'm so full. ", Ken exclaimed with a sigh, petting his now larger tummy.
"I know right, this food is to die for. ", Ace agreed while wiping off some sauces on his lips.
"Indeed, this food is worth satisfying my lack of nutrition at the moment. "
Everyone: "....."
"I kinda understand now why Kev hates your personality. ", Ace muttered.
"Wait how come you are calling him Kev already without him complaining. ", Callus raised a brow while asking.
"Cause I allowed him to plus let's get going for some exploration, we only have a few hours left before lights out. ", Kevin answered as he stood up and collected the trays of their group.
"Right, I suppose this institution should be made aware of yours truly' overbearingly annoying personality. ", Callus smirked.
"So now you choose to be self aware huh. ", Kevin sighed.
"Let's leave him be for now, before he embarrasses us as well. ", Ace quietly said while helping Kevin with the trays and leaving the site of embarrassment.

An hour before lights out.
"Fuck, why the hell is the institution some kind of survival field. ", Ken shouted as he panted loudly throwing his body onto the floor.
"Dammit, we aren't even halfway back to the dorms. ", Callus muttered in frustration, wiping sweat from his face and trying to even his breathing.
"Of course it ended up like this, urghh so annoying. ", Ace muttered while his body slumped across the tiled stone ground.
"What are you saying Ace. ", Ken asked still out of breathe but panting less than before.
"Well, I kind have a passive trait which makes me a chaos magnet. ", Ace replied while sighing almost as if he knew this was gonna happen.
"Well no shit, did you get some unknown blessing from a chaotic god. ", Kevin finally spoke while wiping sweat from his face using his sleeve.
"Nah, it's a trait of mine not a blessing. "
"Well that's messed up. ", Ken said plainly pondering on what he knew about traits or blessings.
"Everyone regardless of specie can only have 3 blessings and 3 traits from their race. But what kind of race is Ace from to bring this disaster like he claimed, perhaps he's some sort of karma based race like an angel.....no angels bring good luck not this bullshit, maybe.....", Ken continued to ponder possibilities until someone approached them.
"Oh my boys, why the huge commotion on your first night here. ", A seductive and mature voice smoothly resounded from behind the four of them.
As soon as they all turned they felt their minds reach heaven purely from the woman's appearance.
She seemed tall, gorgeous and mature. Her body had all the huge assets in proper places and her neck length curly pink hair framed an impossibly divine face of pure artistry.
Her entire demeanor screamed goddess of beauty and and voice ringing out again simply amplified the feeling of admiration.
"Haa, why are the summoned beasts of the academy even chasing you so fiercely, did you boys eat their dinner or something. ", she asked simply, but nothing about her voice was simple, but rather just unexplainably divine and soothing.
"Umm miss, it's my fault I apologize. ", Ace quickly bowed snapping out of his dazed self and taking all the guilt.
"Cadet Ace Hell, it's not your fault that you can't control a trait you recently awakened. All of you just get some rest I'll handle this mess ok. "
Before anyone could protest or speak a simmering pink mist rose from the ground and swallowed up the boys whole leaving no one behind as if they were never there in the first place.
"Now then dear pets why are you so agitated. ", the lady mused as her pink eyes shimmered with slight glowing hue and a tinge of interest.

Meanwhile at the boys' dorms.
"..."
"No fucking way all this happened in one day. ", Ken muttered slightly dazed and overwhelmed by the events of one day.
"Yeah, in all my days as an absolute prince charming I never been through this much drama in one day. ", Callus muttered with dry humor standing and stretching lightly.
"I'm sorry guys, I should've mentioned my trait effects if I knew it was gonna be this chaotic. ", Ace attempted to bow but failed as Kevin reached out and prevented him from doing so.
"It's fine plus I had fun letting loose like that. "
"Same! ", Ken smiled genuinely.
"It's a shame that we didn't get to fight them though, yours truly would've diced them into mince meat. ", Callus with his ever confident smirk replied as well.
"Let's just bath and hit the hay, I'm sweating awfully here. ", Kevin said as he slung as shirt over his shoulder and made his way to one of the dorm baths.

Ken POV:
The baths were way larger than expected with neatly aligned water releasing runes acting like shower heads on one side and a huge pool of water emitting a floral scent in the dead center of the room.
I quickly scrubbed my body thoroughly before rinsing it off with cold water and jumping into the warm pool.
"Uhhh so relaxing. ", I sighed from pure exhaustion as my body seeped deeper into the water.
"I know right, today was a real rollercoaster of events. ", Kevin smiled as he joined me in the bath.
"True but it was really fun. ", I smiled as well.
"I never thought that my new life would be so much fun, urghh I wasted my first one on books and being sick without friends. ", I thought with a bit of nostalgia of my plain first life.
"Haa, I'm glad I could make friends this time. ", I unconsciously muttered out loud.
"Heh, peasant better remember this favor you owe to yours truly. "
"No need to even guess who said that. ", me, Ace and Kevin thought tiredly.
"An average potential class awakening, an OP skill, a narcist royal friend, a merchant first friend and a disaster attracting friend. My day feels so full of events. ", I mused internally while leaving the bath after an hour of soaking and getting to bed.
"Dibs on the top bunk. ", Kevin grinned as he jumped high and threw himself onto one of the beds.
"Royalty goes on top so hope you don't- heyyyyy! stop! ", Callus ran as Ace sprinted ahead of him towards the second bunk bed.
Eventually we all fell deep in sleep with and and Callus on the bottom and Kevin and Ace above us respectively.
