After the sudden disappearance of the Legendary Villain Rehabilitator, the world has fallen into mayhem. As the truth got shrouded by a cloud of lies, the Earth has been regressed and purified, until one culture and language remains.

Born in such a world, Lucien Derniere Etoile did his best to free his mother from the blood sucking spirit left in her by his father. However, on the day the dreaded Yotram decide to start their plan to expunge all of LIFE's creations, he saddy lost her to his silver hammer.

With nothing, but his research and a body that grows stronger after each kill, Lucien quests himself to find his father to get revenge. Futher down the line, he meets up with Phiri Tento, a vibrant youth born with little to no desire who is curious about the mystries of the world.
