Chapter 131 - The legendary Coaches

[The players and their coaches continued the training immediately when the questioners left them. They continued training more than an hour late when the questioners were still waiting outside the car park to interview the young player in the States High school's football league competition, Lefah Hart.]

[Hours later, Coach Wilson loudly blows the whistle to end the training day.]

[Garriso sighs and continues to his brother, Lefah] "Hey, bro. What's up with your girl, man? Hey, is she coming to pick us?"

[Lefah sighs and responds to Garriso] "Hmm, yeah, G. She just texted me that she's in the car park now...."

[Garriso smiles and put his arms around Lefah's shoulders and kissed his cheek] "Wow, that's pretty good about your girlfriend, my man...."

[Lefah sighs and didn't say a word to Garriso when they were leaving the training ground to meet Sofia outside the car park.]

[Coach Wilson shouted and called Lefah and Garriso from the back to hold on for a minute] "Hey, wait for a minute, kids..."

"Is there any problem, Coach Wilson?" [Garriso continued immediately and responded to Coach Wilson when he was coming to them]

[Coach Wilson continued immediately he reached them] "Hey, come on, there's no problem, kids. But you know, it just came to my notice that the questioners are silently waiting for you guys outside the car park. Maybe I think we should avoid their questions right now, Lefah...."

"Okay and don't worry, Coach. I really got this, and I'll handle it...." [Lefah continues immediately to Coach Wilson]

"Okay, and thanks for understanding, Lefah. Um, you know, this is for your own good. I mean, just to avoid a lot of pressure on your path...." [Coach Wilson sighs]

[Both Lefah and Garriso] "Alright, and understood, Coach..."

"Okay, so shall we go now?" [Coach Wilson continued immediately Lefah and Garriso responded to him]

[Both] "Okay, Coach...."

[Some minutes later, outside the car park. The questioners started running close to Lefah. Immediately they saw him coming out. Even though Coach Wilson gave the reason why Lefah shouldn't answer their questions. However, Lefah was a bit confused about why Coach Wilson was doing that. Lefah wanted to answer their questions, especially Garriso, but Coach Wilson didn't allow them to do the interview. Fortunately, Mrs. Madison appears from her office to the car park and asks Coach Wilson to allow Lefah to do the interview with them so that they will start mentioning their high school's name and the football team on the news.]

[The season had just started but Mrs. Madison wanted Rigby High and the football team to go far and talk about it on the national TV shows and its worldwide traffic. Coach Wilson couldn't stop the questioners interviewing their youngster, Lefah Hart. In the interview, Lefah made it clear to the world that his dream of playing is to become a legend one day, just like Barry Sanders. Coach Wilson remembered the first time he met Lefah and Garriso, and he asked them about whom they wanted to play like him, and they said Barry Sanders. So, Coach Wilson knew about this, and it really sounded like an embarrassment to him as a professional coach. How can a coach train a player or trainee to wish to play like a different coach who is also his friend on the pitch of NFL history in the 90s? In fact, Coach Wilson wasn't looking happy about some answers Lefah gave to the questioners in the interview, even though Lefah said a lot of good things about how best Coach Wilson and Coach Theodore are and how best they've made him today. Moreover, his dream with his brother, Garriso, is to play American football just like Barry Sanders.]

[Lefah smiled and said to the questioners immediately when they asked whom his dream is to play like him and also keep him going in his football career.] "Hmm, this question reminds me of when I was five, and I told my ma'am that I want to play football and become legend like Barry Sanders. My dream is to become a legend someday, and I have really loved Barry Sanders from the first time my ma'am told me about him. Like you know, he's the one who keeps me going. Anytime on the pitch, I try to play like Barry Sanders...."

[Lefah sighed and turned to Coach Wilson immediately as he answered his last question and walked straight to Sofia's car. Lefah didn't take any more questions because he realized Coach Wilson was upset and looking jealous, and also it sounded like disappointment and embarrassment because both of his coaches of the Rigby High football team are also legendary players and had some records in NFL history in the 90s, unlike Barry Sanders. The legendary Coaches.]

[Coach Wilson sighed and didn't say a word to Mrs. Madison and rushed inside his car and drove away. Coach Wilso knew this was coming to happen someday. That's why he didn't want Lefah to meet the questioners and their interview.]

[The next section and the next day. Coach Sanders was watching the breaking news on the TV and smiling. Coach Sanders had no idea about Lefah, but he was excited to hear a youngster trying to follow his legendary path in the high school football league. Coach Sanders started thinking and planning to sign Lefah and Garriso to join the Wichita North High football team and give them another life of playing in Wichita, Kansas or let them play for the university he completed in the 90s, Oklahoma State university [The Cowboys]. After high school, because he knew how best Lefah and Garriso would become one day because his high school football team, Wichita North High football team, couldn't stop Lefah given his touchdowns against them in their previous match. And also, nobody follows the legendary paths and plays bullshit....]

[The next section and the next day in the Hernández family mansion. "Eastern City"]

[Sofia invited Lefah and Garriso to the mansion. Sofia and Lefah were playing in the game room when Garriso was also busy on his phone.]
