Since I got my new scenario from Aetherion, he explained to the superiors in Griown that I should be sent along with the others chosen for the large scale page at his specific request, saying it was indeed also the direct request of his master. The superiors didn't dare question him. As much as I didn't like becoming their mindless puppet, I also had an incredibly important endgoal to all of this that I couldn't just ignore. It's moot to debate over whether he was trustworthy or not, since I really didn't have many options to begin with. I just had to play along for now.
